Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available). Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or experiences significant delays, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
