Fit and installation
Will AURA fit my shower?
If your shower arm has a standard half-inch thread — which covers the overwhelming majority of homes and apartments — AURA threads straight on. Nothing is cut, drilled or permanently altered, so it comes with you when you move.
Do I need a plumber or tools?
No. Unscrew your old head by hand, wrap the included plumber's tape around the arm, and hand-tighten AURA on. It takes about two minutes.
Does it work with a handheld hose?
AURA is a fixed head designed to replace a wall-mounted showerhead.
Performance
Will I lose water pressure?
No. The internal design concentrates flow rather than spreading it, so the spray reads as firm even with filtration in place. If your building already has low pressure, AURA will not fix the building — but it will not make it worse.
What does the filter actually remove?
The dual-action KDF-55 and calcium sulfite media target free chlorine, dissolved heavy metals, rust and chemical odour — the things most responsible for tight-feeling skin, dull colour and limescale film. AURA is a shower filter, not a drinking-water purifier.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Skin usually reports back first, within a week or two — less tightness after towelling off. Hair takes longer, because you are waiting on new growth and on colour that has not yet been stripped. Give it a full cycle between salon visits.
Finishes
What finishes are available?
Three: Black, Chrome and White. All three are the same showerhead and the same filtration — only the finish differs.
Filters
How often do I change the cartridge?
Up to 90 days per cartridge, or about 200 showers. Hard water and larger households get through them faster.
How do I change it?
One twist. No tools, no shutting off the water, no removing the head from the wall.
Should I subscribe or buy in bulk?
Subscribing sends a fresh cartridge every 90 days at 10% off, and you can skip, pause or cancel at any time. Buying in bulk saves 10% on two cartridges or 20% on four. Either works — the subscription simply removes the need to remember.

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave within one business day. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
What if I do not like it?
Use AURA for 60 nights. If you are not convinced, email us and we will refund you in full.
